In
May, 2004, this film was released in director Bruce Beresford's
homeland of Australia. Bruce Beresford can most recently be seen
as the director for the HBO film, And Starring Pancho Villa as
Himself (2003).
The cast reads with well know familiarity: Pierce Brosnan is a native Irishman with worldwide notariety as '007. Check out his new website Aidan Quinn appears in a cameo role in the new, yet unreleased film, Proud (2004) with Stephen Rea. He can also be seen with Stephen Rea in the films, In Dreams (1999), This is My Father (1998) and Michael Collins (1996). Most recently, Aidan Quinn appeared in Hallmark's U.S. TV movie, Plainsong (2004). Julianna Margulies is best known for her role on the TV series ER. She can also be seen in the film Ghost Ship (2002) with Gabriel Byrne. The late, and missed Alan Bates can be seen in Spartacus (2004), The Sum of All Fears (2002) and Gosford Park (2001). |
